Home services in Charlotte, NC.

Charlotte is our biggest market and where most of our weekly work happens — from Uptown high-rises and Dilworth bungalows to sprawling Myers Park estates, NoDa arts-district remodels and the Ballantyne corporate corridor in the far south. We've coordinated whole-home projects in every quadrant of Mecklenburg County, and our trades crews are inside the city limits five days a week. The Queen City moves fast, most contractors move slower, and we make sure your project moves at your pace — not theirs.

Driving directions

How we get to your project.

From Charlotte-Douglas International Airport
About 15 minutes via Wilkinson Blvd to Uptown jobsites; 25 minutes to South Charlotte projects via I-485 south. We use the airport corridor as the staging lane for material drops.
From Bank of America Stadium (Uptown)
Most Dilworth, South End and Plaza Midwood jobs are 8–12 minutes from here via I-277. Game days reroute traffic — we plan around the schedule for downtown deliveries.
From SouthPark Mall
Central to our Cotswold, Myers Park, Foxcroft and inner-Ballantyne projects — 5–15 minutes door to door, no highway needed for most of these neighborhoods.
Local weather challenges

Weather Joe is ready for.

Severe summer thunderstorms
Wind, hail and microbursts roll across Mecklenburg County from May through September. Our roofing team carries tarp kits in every truck and we keep three storm crews on call for the worst weeks.
Tropical remnants from Atlantic systems
Hurricanes weaken over the Piedmont but still drop 4–8 inches of rain in a single day. We pre-clear gutters before forecasted systems for plan members and pre-position pump rentals.
Winter ice events
Rare but devastating. Burst pipes are common in homes built before 2005 with uninsulated crawlspaces. We do same-day pipe wraps after the first hard freeze warning of the season.
Spring pollen blooms
Yellow dust on everything from March through May. HVAC filters need monthly changes during the worst weeks; we have a filter-delivery plan that puts the right size in your mailbox.
Summer heat strain on HVAC
95°F+ stretches push older systems past their service life. Plan-member tune-ups in April prevent the July emergency call.

Neighborhoods we know

Charlotte neighborhood breakdown.

Dilworth
1900s streetcar suburb
Bungalows and foursquares. Lots of original-window restorations, crawlspace HVAC retrofits and kitchen openups behind historic facades.
Myers Park
1910s–1930s grand homes
Slate roofs, plaster walls, copper gutters. These projects need historically-aware trades who don't just rip and replace.
NoDa
Mill-village bungalows and new infill
Paint, electrical upgrades and kitchen reworks are the most common ask. Mixed-age electrical means panel and circuit work is frequent.
Plaza Midwood
1920s–40s craftsman bungalows
Plumbing repipes, knob-and-tube electrical replacement and kitchen openups dominate. The housing stock is gorgeous but the guts need attention.
South End
Former industrial, now mid-rise condos and townhomes
Finish work, balcony repairs, smart-home installs and HOA-coordinated exterior maintenance.
Ballantyne / South Charlotte
1990s–2010s subdivisions and estates
Full kitchens, bath remodels, decks, generators and pool deck integration.
Cotswold
Mid-century ranches
Additions, kitchen openups, hardwood refinishes and bath enlargements.
University City
1980s–2000s
Handyman blocks, exterior paint, deck rebuilds and HVAC replacements.
